Jenny Hare

Jenny Hare Jenny is an OCR qualified instructor and has been teaching Matwork Pilates for 5 years. An approachable and friendly person, she adapts exercises to suit all ages and ability levels and specialises in teaching older clients. She instructs group classes across Sheffield, Chesterfield and Rotherham and runs her own one to one Pilates business, The Pilates Connection. Her belief is that Pilates can benefit every person, regardless of fitness level and experience, and can be of great help to those with conditions such as osteoporosis or arthritis.
