Helen Taylor has been working as a Massage Therapist at the Fox Hill Medical Centre for the past five years, and for the Wolfe Road Project for the past two and a half years. She is a qualified nurse and is interested in using massage to help people to relax, feel better and recover from illness and injury as well as helping to maintain good health and manage stress.
