Chris has taught Yoga in a variety of settings and with a wide variety of people. He has taught in adult education, schools, offices and gyms. He has taught in a retirement home for the elderly, and currently works with the ‘Healthy Living Partnership’ in North Sheffield. He has worked with the first team footballers at Sheffield Wednesday Football Club.
Chris has long term health problems and has found Yoga to be an uplifting and essential tool for the maintenance of a reasonably active life. As a teacher he has seen the huge impact that Yoga can have on the quality of life of those who practice it.
