This class is an oasis of calm in a busy city. The emphasis is on learning simple techniques and the results can be life changing.

  • Can't sleep?

If you suffer from some or all of these problems it could be a sign that you have a dangerous level of stress in your life. The good news is that there is something you can do!

How does the class work?

The class has a very practical approach to stress management.

There are 4 key elements:

i. Exercise and stretching, to relieve the aches and pains which are a common result of stress. The right exercise makes the whole body feel better.

ii. Better breathing. It may sound strange, but the way you breathe has a huge part to play in health and well being. Simple breathing exercises have a dramatic effect in relieving stress and anxiety.

iii. Relaxation! Chris, who teaches the class, is trained and qualified to teach Yoga Nidra. This is a unique and truly remarkable form of deep relaxation which is known to relieve the worst symptoms of stress. And you can learn it for yourself!

iv. Taking control. When you know how to deal with it, stress loses its hold over you. You can take control of your life again!
